On the morning of November 25, a joint delegation of political leaders from Pacific Island countries led by Stephen Felix, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Vanuatu, paid a visit to ZIA. Chen Liuyu, Executive Vice President of ZIA, met with the delegation and held talks with them, and Lyu Qingmin, Vice President of ZIA, attended the relevant exchange activities.
During the visit, Professor Bao Haibo and Associate Professor Zhou Mengtian of the Department of Economics of ZIA delivered presentations themed "The 'Double-Eight Strategy' and New-Quality Productive Forces" and "Zhejiang's 'Ten-Thousand-Village Renovation Program': A Vivid Practice for Building Thousands of Beautiful Countrysides" respectively, and conducted interactive exchanges with the delegation. The delegation also visited ZIA History Museum, where they learned about the school's development historyand its features.
Stephen Felix expressed his gratitude for the warm reception by ZIA and the lectures given by the two experts. He stated that he hoped to take this visit as a starting point to enhance cooperation between Pacific Island countries and Zhejiang in various fields.
