From May 15 to 18, an Algerian cadre delegation, led by Mr. Dou Mohamed, Director of the National Internal Information Circulation at the Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities, and Land Planning of Algeria, visited our institute. The delegation consisted of 25 mid-to-senior level officials responsible for digital governance affairs from Algeria's central and local governments. The theme of their visit was "National Governance and Digitalization". Vice President Lyu Qingmin participated in related exchange activities.

The delegation successively visited Hangzhou City Brain, Alibaba Group, the Future Sci-Tech City Exhibition Hall, Hangzhou Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, Fuyang Administrative Service Center, and Qinghefang Historical Block. They also held a salon discussion at our institute centered around the relevant themes. Through on-site visits and experience sharing, the delegation gained an in-depth understanding of Zhejiang Province's practical experience and innovative achievements in areas such as digital governance, smart city construction, and traditional culture preservation.

The delegation spoke highly of Zhejiang's progress in digital development and urban governance. They expressed their anticipation for future in-depth cooperation with Zhejiang.
