From July 17 to 19, a delegation from Algeria’s Ministry of Interior, Local Government, and Land Management visited ZIA to engage in dialogue centered on the theme “Smart City Development: Governance and Land Management Challenges and Requirements.”

During their visit, the Algerian delegation visited Hangzhou’s Alibaba Cloud Intelligence, Hikvision, City Brain, Yunqi Town, and the Future Sci-Tech City Urban Exhibition Hall. They also toured ZIA’s facilities, including the digital cockpit, academic buildings, and sports complex. The delegation held discussions with university officials, experts, and scholars on topics such as ZIA’s pedagogy, research, international training programs, as well as digital governance and smart city initiatives. The delegation expressed gratitude for ZIA’s warm hospitality and valuable insights, noting their enthusiasm for further collaboration with the school.
