During their time in Finland, the delegation visited the University of Helsinki, Sumino Oy (Sumino International Education), and the University of Turku, exploring collaboration opportunities such as faculty exchanges and short-term research visits.

The discussions focused on the role of education, science, and talent as cornerstones of Chinese-style modernization, as well as the importance of integrating urban and rural development in this process. The delegation aimed to draw lessons from international practices in these areas to inform their work.
