--Prof. Hok-Lin Leung from Queen’s University was invited to ZIA for lectures. Prof. Leung gave the lecture named “Cultural Genes in Western Countries”. Besides, Prof. Leung and Prof. Wang Zhifeng, who is the Director of the Faculty of City and Real Estate Management, Central University of Finance and Economics, co-delivered the lecture named “S-CAD Planning and Evaluation of Public Policies”.
--Prof. Paolo Urio from University of Geneva visited Zhejiang Institute of Administration and delivered a lecture on “China, the West, and the Myth of New Public Management”.
--YANG Bin, Associate Professor (tenured faculty) from the National University of Singapore, was invited to give an academic report on “Between Winds and Clouds: the Making of Yunnan (2nd Century BCE—20th Century CE)”.
--Prof. Lui Tai-lok came to ZIA for the purpose of academic exchanges and delivered a lecture on “Social Transformation in Hong Kong and Its Cultural Reasons”.

--Giovanni Tria, President of the Italian National School of Administration, gave a lecture on geoeconomics and brought new scope for European economics issues.
--Prof. Zhu Zhiqun from Bucknell University lectured on China's public diplomacy.
--Amy Henderson and Walt MacBride from Carl Vinson Institute of Government gave respective lectures on "Government and Media Relationship" and "Leadership Development".
--Prof. KOLIN Konstantin, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, delivered a lecture about how to be a modern leader with scientific visions.
--Dr. CHIORNY Yuri, deputy director of the Institute of Scientific Information for Social Sciences, lectured on energy safety in Russia and China.
